[Pibe-division] Teaching Braille to Someone with Very Limited English Skills

You could certainly teach her braille by beginning to teach braille in
her language.  You could teach her the alphabet in her language and
also teach her how to read and braille both the word in her language
and the English word.  Once her English improves you could begin
introducing contractions and other English words.
