Thank you for this information. How does one get hold of these materials. For example, we have a current student who needs study materials to prepare for and take the test. Any resources would be helpful.

If I understand correctly, the GED has now been replaced by the HiSET. Consequently, ETS developed new Braille materials to reflect this newly-named exam. It took a while, but I believe all materials have been developed and made available. Navigating ETS's bureaucracy is sometimes a formidable task, but one that needs doing in order to secure the materials. I'm not sure if there have been any additional commercially-produced HiSET materials.

Subject: [Pibe-division] Accessible GED Preparation and Study Materials

Good Afternoon,
Our program used to have a Braille copy of GED Basics 2002. It was decided to discard it due to being a bit outdated. We still have CD and cassette copies of this book. Are there any updated accessible GED resources for preparation and/or study? We have numerous adult students who do not have their high school diploma. We are trying to find accessible ways for them to study for and take the GED test. The Hadley high school program option has worked for a limited number of our students. Any ideas, tips, and resources would be appreciated.
