[Pibe-division] Interesting job at the Maryland School

I totally agree, but it is used all too frequently in many blindness
agencies.  Thanks for your input.  I think this could be a great
discussion, information gathering and knowledge session for PIBE at
the national convention this summer.  It is a problem across all of
the country.
