Hi Linda,
Go to www.vibug.org and click on the link that says something like iphone
resources.
Lots of podcasts, mailing lists, etc.
Also, go to www. applevis.com for reviews by blind people about good apps.

Subject: Re: [Promotion-technology] I-Phone 4
I just purchased the I-phone 4 a couple of days ago.
Two apps that I downloaded are Money reader and the light censor.
Two questions. Besides Anna Dresner's manual, are there any tutorials you
can point me to?
Also any especially good apps for a blind person?
Is it true that there is an app which will read an entire page of text by
snapping a picture of it?
The Money reader was less than two dollars and seems to be quite accurate.
I remember when they cost seven hundred dollars.
And, there are a few bar code apps to choose from. Which one would be the
best for a blind person?
Is it true that there is an app where you can snap a picture of a page and
it will read it to you, like menus in a restaurant, etc.? Someone told me
there was, but don't know the app's name.
Thanks for any helpful hints you can share.
Linda
