I haven't read the description for the low vision position in Des Moines 
to comment whether or not the policy is discriminatory. However, at least 
you would be reassigned to a different position with the same grade 
(status) and salary. That sounds reasonable to me.

Since there were a few jobs that were left out, I will re-post the 
openings.
