[rehab] Follow up: 2009 Rehab conference

Dear O&M/Rehab friends, 

This e-mail is intended to seek some feedback from you regarding the 2009 conference; Education: Top Down and Bottom Up, which was held  on Saturday, July 3, 2010 in Dallas Texas.

1. Overall, what did you like most about the conference. 

2. Overall, what did you like least about the conference. 

3. Specifically, what presentations did you like most? 

4. What topics/speakers do you wish to have in future conferences? 

5. With respect to format, do you prefer the larger, group format, or more smaller break out sessions?


6. NOPBC: This is the second year that we have co-hosted the morning session with the parent's division. Would you like to see more, or less of this in future conferences. 

7. Any final comments, suggestions, feedback would be appreciated.
