>Nursing, Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, 
>Nutrition or a closely related field; and

>Four or more years of professional experience in protective services

>in-home services; programs for blind or visually impaired persons; 
>Medicaid or other health insurance programs; nursing; health care or
