We just ask people to write what the technology will be used for. You could almost copy what you wrote to the list.

I would suggest looking at the bluetooth Braille displays so you know what size & features you need. Some people prefer a short display for portability. Others want length so more fits on it. 

I would also consider whether you want the bigger IPad or a smaller IPod Touch. I prefer the small size since I use it non-visually.
