Position Title: Professional Associate
Department: Baltimore Rehabilitation

Youth Services
Salary: $32,500 - $48,750
Number: 1 Position Available
Schedule: Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, evenings and weekends
Essential Position Functions:
1. Provide day-to-day training and education of others; works in a creative environment which requires invention, imagination, originality or talent
2. Participates in planning, implementation and evaluation of objectives and goals.
3. Principal mentor and coach to others.
4. Assist the Youth Services Manager in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all youth programs.
5. Externally promotes the organization and participates in public or private functions as a representative of the company.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in blindness related field and/or acceptable equivalent experience and training in the Structured Discovery approach to training.
2. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
4. Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
5. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) is essential.
6. May be required to travel frequently up to 50%
7. Minimum Attendance Required: 100%
