Look up buy in. *that is what Nebraska calls iy.  It is hard to get info about the program.

   Hi RJ,
I just looked again at the SSA Red Book that I mentioned to you earlier.  It
does have information on Medicaid too.  Jan was right, there are now work
incentive programs in each state.  The Red Book gives a number that you can
call to find out where it is in your state.  I recommend the Red Book as a
resource to all of you who are working in the rehab business and have
questions of this kind.
