[rehab] FW: RSA Rules

What I do, is when I have a conversation with my councilor, I always follow
it up with an email. My councilor always complements me on my knowledge
concerning rules and policies. I use to be reactive. The councilors I had in
the past could intimidate me, but that was several years ago. However, since
I've been on this list, I've learned how to be a better advocate and a
suggestion to this person. Origan should have a state rehab council for the
blind. The director is usually an exoficol member, and the rest of the
member are volunteers. Dick I've sent comments to the rehab council in
Florida, and they listened to my concerns, and they did address them. RJ
