[rehab] justification

Volunteering can be a legitimate part of an Individual Plan for Employment when the volunteering is linked to the vocational goal.  Same goes for supports while volunteering.  If the volunteering has nothing to do with reaching your vocational goal, then you're probably right to drop the request.

Well, I was also looking at the Braille sense. The Braille sense is portible 
whereas a laptop is portible, but it gets in the way, and it doesn't give me 
braille support. Vollenteering isn't concittered employment. So their in 
lays the problem. I just thought of that. Thanks Grace! RJ
