[rehab] Question about VR service

Hi all:

I am a VR counselor at service for the blind.  Recently we had a request to
fund occupational vision therapy for a client.  We haven't funded this
service previously.  We did some research and found that most health
insurance do not cover this service and some research indicates that this
type of therapy does not work.  I am wondering if any VR state agencies pay
for this type of therapy? Any help is appreciated. We want to do the right
thing for our client.
