JOB TYPE: FTE - Full-Time

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of complex administrative support duties including coordination of department purchasing.  Interprets policies, collects and interprets data and reviews personnel performance.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A High School Diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.  A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
The job requires computer skills, data entry skills, knowledge of the purchasing process, the ability to compose correspondence, typing, filing and good communication skills.  A significant amount of reading is required.  Driving and overnight travel is required.
