[rehab] Blind Advisory Committee Recruitment

The California Department of Rehabilitation's Blind Advisory Committee
is recruiting for a current DOR consumer representative. This position
is vital in providing the Department with the perspective of someone
currently receiving services. Please distribute the attached information
