I agree with Justin about the market research and/or a promise from the
current employer that advancement would occur if the client finished the
B.A. and got a master's, but I'd not be inclined to pay for a private
university--unless the training isn't available elsewhere--most agencies pay
what a state college or university charges toward a private education, but I
have seen exceptions made, too.
