JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides complex administrative support to the Division Director of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Regional Directors.
Answers the telephone and answers general question about the Vocational Rehabilitation program. Maintains confidential and restricted information in secured areas. Extracts and manipulates data from the consumer database - AWARE. Assists with scheduling meetings. Takes minutes during Regional Meetings. Manages and coordinates the Division Director's calendar. Processes supply orders through SCEIS and provides assistance with travel reimbursements.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
This position requires knowledge and understanding of the purchasing process, Candidates should have above average computer and data entry skills. Filing and good communication skills are a must.
