*Staff Accountant*

Grow With Our Mission!



We are a social enterprise that focuses on creating career opportunities
for people who are blind or visually impaired.  In order to accommodate our
strategic growth, we have created this new position.  We are hoping to find
a talented person that can grow with our organization.



Under the direct supervision of the Controller this position:



Assists the Controller with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations
of the Finance Department.  This includes preparation of all internal sales
reporting.  Prepare and file all sales and use tax reporting.  Analyzes
profit margins for finished goods parts in manufacturing business units.
Coordinates cycle count process, performs related variance investigation
and reports results.  Prepare and process biweekly payroll for the
organization.



We require:



·         A passion to fulfill the Beyond Vision mission and to place the
mission above personal needs or goals.

·         Must have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a
plus.

·         A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.

Business Services, this talented professional will focus on developing

talent.  Develop effective networks within the local and national blindness
community as well as other local resources that will help identify and
acquire the necessary talent to meet our growth goals.  This position will
also assist in talent and organization development



We require:



·         A passion and drive to fulfill our Mission.

·         A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related
field.

·         Exceptional interpersonal skills.  A successful track record of
building and maintaining strong working relationships with people.

·         Strong professional communication skills, both written and
verbal.  Ability to effectively speak in public and make presentations.
