Above is a link to the accessible page that describes the changes in the
2017-18 FAFSA.  The FAFSA is the federal financial aid form.  Students will
now be able to apply on October 1, 2016 instead of having to wait until
January 1, 2017.  Even better, they will be able to use 2015 income and tax
figures instead of having to wait for 2016 ones.  The latter change is
really useful, as many people don’t file their taxes until April or
sometimes even later.  With the changes, students will be able to get their
FAFSAs done and in the hands of colleges and universities.  Please share
