[rehab] Introduction

Hi Nancy thanks for your message.  I have already submitted my 
technology request to my rehab counselor.  Two weeks ago I 
received an email stating that my request was approved at the 
local level by her supervisor.  I requested the BrailleNote Touch 
from Humanware because it has certain features that will benefit 
me on and off the job.  I laid out the reasons for needing this 
equipment in my justification letter to my Dbs counselor.
