JOB SUMMARY: Provides top tier customer service by following SOP’s and
resolving customer issues quickly and accurately. This will include timely
and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing
inquiries and technical problem notifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully an
individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or
ability desired.

Customer Service
Resolve customer issues via phone, email and web
Handle customer complaints quickly to exceed customer expectations
Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely, professional and accurate
manner
Order entry and quote generation to include all channels (Fed Mall, GSA
Advantage, IntraMall etc.)
Proper order documentation per each channel’s requirements
Efficient and accurate handling of escalations
Collaborate with internal and external entities to ensure timely and
accurate fulfillment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma plus 1-2 years of customer service/office
administration experience.
One year experience within E-Commerce customer.
One year of experience in technical support, preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
Must be able to work with limited supervision.
Excellent computer skills with above average typing/data entry skill.
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet
deadlines.
Must be reliable.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential
functions of this job.

Must be able to sit for extended period of time.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are
representative of those an employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job.
Low to moderate noise level in an office work environment.
