*Minimum Qualifications:*

3-5 years professional experience in performance analysis, evaluation and
measurement, program evaluation, information technology, business or
related field that reflects your knowledge in the following:

Ability to not only understand data collection and reporting, but also
understand the business side and how the two areas interact. Must be able
to communicate effectively and develop relationships with field staff.

Proficient with standard query and analysis tools such as SQL, SAS and
other business applications.

Advanced experience in working in Windows and MS Office, including MS Word,
Excela nd Access.

Requires the ability to plan, analyze and set priorities for analysis
projects that involve a multitude of partners and overlapping activities.

Be proficient in in analytical research techniques including statistical
analysis, empirical analysis, secondary data analysis, survey research, and
other advanced qualitative and quantitative methods and use those
techniques to identify trends, patterns and issues that need to be brought
to management’s attention.

Ability to respond quickly to requests and work well under deadlines.

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems requiring attention to detail.

Experience in project management and quality measurement.

Requires creativity in developing and organizing ideas into coherent
recommendations in consultation with other affected parties.

Requires strong writing and public speaking skills in order to communicate
with a variety of audiences including advisory councils, state agency
managers and staff, and other partners in economic and workforce
development.

Experience in program data collection, presentation and documentation.

Experience setting and meeting clear and productive goals within a team
environment.
