[Rehab] A Job You All May Not Want

Since there has been a lot of serious discussion on this list recently about jobs people like and don’t like, how about this one?

Fat and bone route driver, Blue Earth, MN.
Drive truck around to different locations picking up fat and bones for delivery to a different location. 

Doesn’t that sound like fun? This is an actual job. I bet you smell great after the end of your shift and for some time afterward.

If you want to know what my least favorite job was, I cleaned fat and other congealed solids out of a kitchen sewer with a long handled shovel, which dripped, and dumped them into a 55 gallon drum. 

This Thanksgiving, be grateful for the jobs you don’t have.
