[Rehab] Electronic signatures and AWARE database

Hi Dafne,

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate your validation of the problems I have been experiencing. Yes, it has been about a year since I started submitting tickets. I can also confirm that I have been told no one else is experiencing the problems that I have experienced. As I am the only person using JAWs t my agency, this can be extra frustrating when trying to get help. I appreciate having this List as a resource because it gets lonely Being the only blindbeing the only blind person working in an agency without an assistive technology specialist.
Kindly,
Debra

Hopefully, your agencies Aware managers will attend those sessions to provide feedback to leadership on policy guiding collecting electronic signatures.

I've been using Aware with IE since 2009, and so I'm allowing myself some grace with the frustrations of navigating the Aware environment with Edge.

We've been experiencing the errors for approximately a year. When our I.T. and I speak with Alliance technicians, they advise us that no one else has alerted them to the errors. As you know, a VR Counselor or others working in Aware can lose hours of time recreating case management documents when Aware doesn't save. I'm sure you've figured it out, but I instruct my VRCs to create all documents in Word and then transfer to Aware. Hopefully, Alliance will get to the root of the software errors soon.
