I highly recommend that you call back and not wait for them to call you. If the first person you reach does not have the answers to your questions kindly ask them to transfer you to someone who can answer your questions about accessible voting. depending on your questions you may need to speak with several different people. Remember, to always thank them for their time and kindly ask to be transferred to the person that can best answer your questions.
