Easy Portable Reading – The omniReader
(ACVREP CE Approved, Assistive Technology Webinar)

Wednesday, January 25, 2023, from 10 am to 11 am PT

The omniReader® is the definition of easy by allowing you to read printed text by pressing a single button. You can follow the magnified text in high-contrast colors on the built-in screen or listen as the omniReader reads the text out loud. You can also use the screen to instantly magnify objects and text and display them in high-contrast colors to see them more clearly. Join Ian Ramos from Access Ingenuity and Joseph McDaniel from Vispero as they explain this machine’s critical assistive role to the visually impaired. Note that everybody is welcome and can benefit from this presentation. If you are a teacher of the visually impaired (TVI), this presentation is approved for ACVREP continuing education credit.
