PDF Accessibility Training for Organizations
(Digital Accessibility Webinar)
Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 10 am to 11 am PT
Creating accessible PDF documents is essential for most organizations’ digital accessibility process. However, organizations often struggle to get their staff trained and efficient at creating accessible PDFs and other accessible digital content. The first step is identifying document creators within the organization and the types of documents they’re developing. Depending on the findings, standard and advanced PDF accessibility training may be required. Join Michael Parker from Access Ingenuity to review lessons we learned from creating digital accessibility training and how to apply them to other organizations.
Learning Outcomes
* Understand the components of a comprehensive PDF accessibility training program.
* Understand the importance of creating accessible templates and using accessible color palettes.
* Breaking the training down into manageable chunks – from beginners to advanced users.
