Interested in enterring this drawing but would be nice to get some links or
resources where one could learn about this accessories?
1 what are they?
**An Echo show is similar to an Echo, Echo Dot and other Alexa products.
Except this unit has a screen. You can hold a product in front of the camera
and the dvice will tell you what it is. 
2 how do they work?
**Basically the same as other Alexa enabled products. The door bell, when
connected to the Echo product will allow you to speak to someone at your
door. 
3 how accessible there are?
**They are very accessible
