Meet the Judges

Roxana Fischer
Roxana is a Product Manager at Vispero who specializes in blind and low-vision software. With industry experience spanning a decade, she has spent the last four years at Vispero in various roles, including Software Developer and UX Research Analyst.
Roxana began her Vispero career working in our U.S. headquarters in Clearwater, FL before returning to Europe. Roxana summarizes her focus as “delivering impactful solutions for accessibility, guided by both my passion and expertise in the field."
Sriram Ramanathan
Sriram is the Director of Software Engineering at Vispero. He has worked in software engineering for more than 25 years, the last 15 of which are in the field of accessibility. He resides in Safety Harbor, FL. "I find joy in creating useful and usable software and solutions that empower people with visual impairments," Sriram states.
Brett Lewis
Brett is a Senior Software Engineer at Vispero. He has almost 20 years of experience working in accessibility, most of those in JAWS support for ARIA and web standards. He has also built accessible web applications.
Brett resides in the Pacific Northwest. “I am driven to make the web an accessible place where everyone can efficiently use all web sites!” Brett explains.
Carl Wise
Carl is the Director of Software Engineering, and he manages the Software Engineering and Quality teams responsible for JAWS, ZoomText, Fusion, and Inspect. He entered the accessibility field in 1995 as a Technical Support Manager for Henter-Joyce.
Carl resides in FL. He says, “I am committed to breaking down technology barriers for blind and low-vision users around the world.”
