This book was released on Audible this past June but I just became alerted
to its presence from someone on Mastodon. It is also available on Bookshare

are Bookshare members. The edition on Bookshare shows that it was added in
January of this year. I don't know if the Audible recording is a more recent
edition or if it just took longer for the book to become available on the
service.

Of course, this book is likely not going to discuss Mastodon from the
perspective of a blind user but for many readers this may not really matter.
What you'll get from the book should provide a springboard to then begin
learning your Mastodon app of choice. Please note that I haven't read this
book and so I'm not in a position to personally recommend or endorse it.
