Upcoming Boutique: How to Tag PDF forms for Accessibility


Portable Document Format (PDF) documents are one of the most popular file
formats shared today. More specifically, PDF forms (documents with edit
fields) are used from voter registration and taxes to user surveys and event
sign-ups. Join the National Federation of the Blind Center of Excellence in
Nonvisual Accessibility and the Maryland Department of Disabilities on
Tuesday, August 27, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. eastern to learn how to
create accessible PDF forms. We will cover:

*         Advanced tagging techniques

*         How form fields work in PDFs

*         Testing your PDF for accessibility
