2. Create simple voice shortcuts that automate everyday routines such as texting, emailing, and opening apps. 

3. Use natural speech commands to navigate a mobile device more efficiently and independently.  

Speaker: Alex Livingston has been an Orientation and Mobility Specialist for six years. She holds a degree in environmental studies from UNC Asheville and a master’s degree in special education from North Carolina Central University. She primarily serves adults that are adjusting to vision loss and leads the statewide group event program at ABVISC.
