Dar, 
When you use the instant pot, are you using the buttons on the pot or are
you controlling it from a smart phone? 
I don't have one, and am just gathering information.

Hi I am Dar
I have an instant pot, where I am wondering if any of you have had a problem
trying to use the pressure cooking?
I find when you are in manual mode the pressure doesn't work.
I don't remember how I got it to work for potatoes.
I know I did them for 15 minutes.
I also put six eggs with that, killing two birds with one stone.
Then the count down button works.
Thanks for any help.
Also how can I read up on the coo coo pot.
