[Small-Appliance-Cooking] Resolution or accessible appliances

Ouch Gerald. I very well know it has not ever been  any administration, ever, that has been anti-disabled whatever. 

 Any change  has been brought about by   the consumer who has vigorously advocated for technology to meet consumer   needs. 

Myself being an Usher 2a, (Blind hard of hearing),  consumer ,technology has yet to Master a set of appliances,big or small, which would give  me greater functionality , and certainly greater  independence as a homemaker.  

Conversations in the lift is a powerhouse of education, advocacy, bringing  two each   something we can use.   Mmmmmm do I smell pot roast cooking?

Technology is changing every day. touch screens are a huge thing right
now everywhere, not just in a appliances. We are, whether we like it or
not, a minority. Should we advocate for the accessibility of things?
Absolutely! But it is not an active, intentional shut out on the part of
companies. nobody can cater to everyone, and there are ways to make a
lot of things work. That doesn't mean that we should stay silent, but
nor, I think, would a resolution be helpful. Hope this makes some
semblance of sense.
