[Small-Appliance-Cooking] Stand Mixers

I love my kitchenaid, too, but I think for someone making bread as often as
Karen seems to, maybe they can't take it, but I know the Bosch mixers can
take heavy work like that. Maybe it was just a defective Kitchenaid, too,
who knows.

Wow! I always thought Kitchen Aid stand mixers were one of the best!

Hi Everyone, I'm Karen, a longtime member of the Krafters Division. A little
more than a year ago I started making scratch sourdough bread, biscuits and
pizza. For a while I was using a Kitchen Aid stand mixer but it conked out.
I think it was not made for heavy doughs such as bread dough on a weekly
basis. Does anyone have a stand mixer to recommend that is easy to use?

Karen
