Karen, unless you use a bread machine, I believe the Kitchen Aid is the best
mixer you can use. I cannot recommend a bread machine, because it has been
about 7 years since I purchased mine.

Subject: [Small-Appliance-Cooking] Stand Mixers

Hi Everyone, I'm Karen, a longtime member of the Krafters Division. A little
more than a year ago I started making scratch sourdough bread, biscuits and
pizza. For a while I was using a Kitchen Aid stand mixer but it conked out.
I think it was not made for heavy doughs such as bread dough on a weekly
basis. Does anyone have a stand mixer to recommend that is easy to use?

Karen
