[Small-Appliance-Cooking] Stand Mixer Follow-up

Thanks again to everyone who responded about the stand mixer for heavy bread
doughs. I purchased the Bosch and have used it twice so far. It took a bit
of time to figure out how it goes together with all the attachments, but it
works great and I think should last. There are blender and food processor
accessories that can be gotten for it as well so it could turn into a real
workhorse. 

 

I've been looking to find a PDF of the user guide and recipe book but so far
no luck. Overall, quite happy with it.
