I replaced a Nuwave oven with this Ninja. The Nuwave one evening had a
plate of food put in it and set to cook for 6 minutes and the food was
stone cold at the end of that cooking time. From what I had read Nuwave
had innovated accessibility out of its current model oven.
There's likely not going to be a braille overlay for this oven so when I
get it figured out I'll probably get controls marked. I've managed to
heat pizza in the oven and an omlet and hash browns and the hash browns
came out crispy. Buttons on this one are mostly flush with the control
panel and click when released. The center button at the bottom of the
panel does start and stop. Another button has to be pressed on the panel
for start and stop to work and I think that's at the lower left of the
panel. I'll try that again and see if I can get it to work consistently.
