Oh my goodness,
I have done fried chicken in it also fries and don't remember what all.
I still don't know how to work the machine well, had to get some 
buttons marked, but I am wanting it to work.
Allot of work is with timing.
So that is how to get the food to come out hot.
Wishing you the best.
