Hi Christine,
I'm not sure what's happening either, but sometimes uninstalling and
then re-installing JAWS fixes these kinds of bugs. I think you will
need to uninstall JAWS completely using the "add or remove programs"
feature in the control panel, then re-install from disk or online
copy. Hope that helps!
