I will be busy or most of the day, but will pass along some information
later. My Economics Ph.D. is dual with Systems Engineering, and Ihave six
other STEM related degrees. I have dealt with everything!

Subject: [Social-sciences-list] Seeking Economics, Stats or research-related
Grads

Hi all,
Are there any economics grads on this list? I'm just finishing my undergrad
in econ and international relations and would love to know how you found
your degree. There can be as much or as little math in economics as one
might wish, with all the technology challenges that brings. Though naturally
the less math-heavy a course, the more graphics it tends to contain. So I'm
curious how anyone who took economics found it, and what things if anything
you wished you'd done differently or known about sooner. I will likely have
to do a Master's in the future, and would like to carry as many lessons
forward as possible so it won't be quite such a challenge as my Bachelor's
was. Though truthfully anyone in stats or research-related subjects would
likely have as much knowledge to share, if you're also willing to chime in.
Thank you for any thoughts you might have, Sarah
