I am fired up! My spin classes are usually 45 minutes. Well, I just found out that December 13 we will be having a spinathon where we will have all five instructors taking 20 minutes each. Yep, that is correct. We will spin for 100 straight minutes. I am stoked as we will get each teacher's different proverbial spin on their idea of the class and we will work off our  a$$
