[Sportsandrec] December challenge

Thank goodness for goalball and having to take public transportation.  It 
keeps me where I need to be physically/medically.
I could probablly stand to lose 1-2 pounds around the waste department but 
spot reducing has been difficult for me; so what I really need to do is to 
pump out 5 pounds of situps and eat smaller portions of that awesome/junk 
food this christmas season.
