Twenty two pounds, good lode!
I'm your huckleberry! I have about two twenty five lbs. today. I shall be
218-220 when the ball drops no problem. I logged an hour on the old
eliptical today at it's highest resistance with a heavy lift in store
tomorrow and more cardio. Today I had a good cardio mix of the following:
1. California Dreamin - Mammas and Pappas- great warm up
2. Hot stuf - Donna Summer
3. Funkytown - Lipps inc
4. I will survive - no clue right now lol
5. Lean on me - Club New vo
6. Footloose - Kenny Loggins
7. Stayin Alive - Bee Gees lol
8. Dancin Queen - Aba
9. Girls Just wanna have fun - Cindy Lauper
10. Wild Boys - Duran Duran
11. Heart of Glass - Blondie
12. I ran so far away - Flock of seagulls
13. Everybody Wants to Rule the World - Tears for Fears
14. Time of the Season - The Zombies- great cool down

Sorry for the tangent, I burned that record for my spin class and it's
really important I think to make fun music to make your work go faster.
Maybe I needed to inch out of the closet a little too (smile)
Let's go Christella and everyone else!
