45 hard minutes on the bike today, leg press and lifts on the machines, and about half an hour in the steam room just chillin. I threw back a bottle of water during the class and one in the steamroom.
Carly, I am glad you like the lyrics and would like to see it catch on. It allows us into each other's tastes and personalities a bit. It might also help us discover new tunes we like. I am always looking to do that.
