[Sportsandrec] spinnin with H2O

Joe,

When I read that jazz about no water while spinning I was totally appalled.
As  one who spins each morning I  struggle to imagine not flushing 
the lactic acids from your body.
And to regard it as an accomplishment not to drink water?
