Hi Kelly,

Excellent advice.  How do you know if your sodium and/or potasium levels are 
off?  Do you feel a certain way?  Or perhaps it has to be tested in the lab 
by blood.
I was not aware that drinking too much or too little water can throw off 
electrolyte levels.
