[Sportsandrec] cardio kickboxing or aerobics class

Carly,
There is bad with every good I guess as I have little to no real issue with 
my gyms. On techno days I take head phones into the steam room and filter 
the metal music through to prepare for the workout as I must have hard music 
to get my mind right.
