[Sportsandrec] cardio kickboxing or aerobics class

Joe,

I know that in some larger gyms there are headphones available so you 
can pick your own tunes as well as hear the instructor's commands clearly.
I don't know why my gym doesn't, but so many other things about it 
are so perfect, that I regard it as a small price to pay, given the 
down to earth and mellow vibe throughout.
Every thing is a balance, doncha know?
