Auhhh so I see that you have experienced the benefits of activating your
chi.  If one sits in meditation and breathes properly, one ccan clear the
sinuses of mucus, as well as the chest and throat.  There are many things
that can be done with the chi.

You know ... I think it was the breathing. I felt really tired and just 
really tight and tense in the shoulders all day today.

I had a wonderful yoga class and really focused in on honing my breathing. I

feel much better and ready to hit the sack.

I truly believe, that centering one's breath, and really focusing on 
yourself with each cleansing breath, can help keep you healthy.

It certianly cleared up my scinesses.
